What You'll Actually Do

→Coordinate plumbers, electricians, AC service for client homes
→Order groceries and handle daily errands via WhatsApp
→Book doctor appointments, salons, restaurants
→Manage domestic help recruitment and follow-up
→Daily PDF report via client portal every evening
→Be the single point of contact for your clients' household needs

2. Daily task logs MUST be submitted every working day. Missing PDF = ₹200 salary deduction.
3. Monthly salary = Base − deductions + incentive (₹500 per star above 3.0 average rating).
4. You must not contact or solicit clients outside the Velrosa platform.
5. Background verification is mandatory. False information = immediate termination.
6. Velrosa may terminate partnership with 7 days notice for any breach of conduct.
7. All disputes subject to courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
