These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of velrosa.in, our portals, mobile applications and services (together, the "Platform") provided by Velrosa Lifestyle Management, a unit of One Digi Global ("Velrosa", "we", "us"). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Velrosa provides remote lifestyle management and coordination services. Your dedicated Velrosa Manager coordinates tasks — such as vendor arrangements, errands, bookings, follow-ups and household or office administration — via phone, WhatsApp and our Platform. Velrosa is a coordination service. Where third-party vendors (plumbers, electricians, chefs, delivery services, transport providers etc.) perform physical work or supply goods, the contract for that work or supply is between you and that vendor. We coordinate and follow up diligently, but we do not ourselves perform such third-party work.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for individuals aged 18 or above.
You may cancel anytime by giving 7 days' written notice (WhatsApp or email is sufficient). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to use the Platform or your manager for any unlawful purpose, harassment, or tasks that are illegal, unsafe or unethical. Velrosa may refuse any task at its discretion and may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abusive behaviour toward partners, or non-payment.
The Platform, its content, branding, reports and software are the property of Velrosa/One Digi Global. You may not copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
