Yes. Velrosa currently serves Lucknow and Kanpur with managers based in both cities. Plans and pricing are identical. We plan to expand to Prayagraj and Varanasi in 2026.

A full-time personal assistant in Lucknow costs ₹15,000–₹25,000/month plus benefits, EPF and management overhead. Velrosa's Standard plan gives you equivalent capability for ₹2,999/month with trained, supervised, insured management and zero HR headache.

Your manager is available 9am–9pm, 6 days a week. Emergency escalation for genuine urgent situations is handled outside hours. Response time guarantees apply during operating hours.

Basic: ₹1,999/month (20 tasks/month). Standard: ₹2,999/month (unlimited tasks, daily PDF, 2hr response). Premium: ₹4,999/month (2 properties, elder care, travel planning, 1hr response). All plans include a dedicated manager. No contracts.

One distinct assignment — book a plumber, order groceries, schedule a doctor. Complex tasks like domestic help recruitment count as one category regardless of sub-steps. If uncertain, ask your manager before assigning.

Your manager proactively alerts you near the limit. We suggest upgrading to Standard (unlimited) or pausing non-urgent tasks till next month. No automatic overage charges without your approval.

Upgrade anytime — difference prorated for remaining days. Downgrade takes effect from next billing cycle.

We offer a free 20-minute consultation call where we explain exactly how Velrosa works for your household. After that, we have a 7-day satisfaction period — if you're not satisfied in the first 7 days, we refund the balance.

Plumbing, electrical, painting, AC service, pest control, carpenter, waterproofing, appliance repair, CCTV installation — your manager coordinates, supervises and closes every job. You approve the vendor once; everything else is handled.

Yes. Weekly grocery planning and ordering (BigBasket, Blinkit, local vendors), fresh produce, pharmacy, household supplies, bank errands, bill payment, courier — all part of the service from Standard plan onwards.

Yes. Doctor appointment scheduling, diagnostic test booking, pharmacy runs, specialist referrals — all handled. Your manager also maintains a basic health record for your household.

Yes. Aadhaar updates, PAN, utility bills, property tax — your manager researches requirements online, guides you step by step via WhatsApp and follows up by phone on your behalf. You just approve.

Domestic help recruitment is included in the Premium plan. For Basic and Standard subscribers, it is available as an add-on at ₹1,500 per placement with a 30-day replacement guarantee.

A Velrosa Manager is a trained, background-verified professional from your city, employed by Velrosa on a fixed monthly salary plus performance incentive. They are not freelancers or gig workers — they are Velrosa staff accountable to Velrosa standards.

Daily PDF completion rate, WhatsApp response time, client ratings and monthly review scores. Managers earn a performance bonus for ratings above 4.0 stars. Low-performing managers are rotated off accounts.

A maximum of 10 clients per manager. This ensures quality and attention. We never assign a manager to more than 10 active households.

For genuine emergencies (flood, major breakdown, medical coordination), your manager will respond as quickly as possible even outside normal hours. This is part of the Velrosa commitment, not a billable extra.

Pay via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) or bank transfer. Scan the QR code on our payment page, pay the exact amount and submit your UTR/transaction ID. Account activated within 4 business hours.

Yes, always. Every grocery, medicine, vendor payment or cash purchase is at actual cost with full receipt. Velrosa charges zero markup, zero commission — ever. This is a written commitment, not a promise.

On the same date each month as your activation date. You receive a reminder 3 days prior. Payment via UPI or bank transfer to the same details as your first payment.

5-day grace period with full service. After 5 days, service is paused (not cancelled). All your data, manager assignment and history are preserved for 30 days after pause.

Yes. Monthly digital invoice is available in your client portal and emailed to you.

Your Velrosa Manager becomes the daily coordinator for your parents in Lucknow — medicine pickups, doctor appointments, groceries, home maintenance and emergency point-of-contact. NRI families receive daily WhatsApp updates (photos/video when needed) and a full PDF summary.

Velrosa coordinates the appointment, arranges transport (cab booking), and provides a coordination contact if needed. Physical accompaniment by the manager is available in the Premium plan in select situations.

Emergency escalation is built into all elder care arrangements. Your manager calls you immediately and coordinates with local trusted contacts. Response is immediate regardless of time of day.

Velrosa coordinates health management — medicines, appointments, diet shopping — but does not provide clinical monitoring or nursing services. We can help find and coordinate with appropriate medical services if needed.

No. All Velrosa Managers are Hindi-first. Communication with your parents happens in Hindi or Awadhi as appropriate. You (as the NRI subscriber) receive English summaries.

Base salary of ₹12,000–₹15,000/month with performance bonuses of up to ₹5,000/month for high client ratings. Experienced managers handling 10 clients can earn ₹18,000–₹20,000/month.

Yes, 100%. Velrosa Managers work entirely via WhatsApp and phone. There is no office, no travel and no in-person visits required. All vendor coordination, client communication and task management happens remotely.
