Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

• All Velrosa plans are month-to-month with no lock-in.
• You may cancel anytime by giving 7 days' written notice via WhatsApp (+91 91150 19666) or email (info@velrosa.in).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Service continues until then.

2. Refunds

• Service not started: If your payment is verified but no manager has been assigned and no service has commenced within 7 days of payment, you may request a full refund.
• Duplicate or excess payment: Refunded in full once verified.
• Mid-month cancellation: Subscription fees for a month in which services have commenced are non-refundable on a pro-rata basis; your plan simply runs to the end of that billing month.
• Reimbursable purchases: Amounts collected for purchases made on your behalf are settled against actual receipts; any unspent balance is refunded or adjusted in your next bill, as you prefer.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days of approval. To request a refund, contact us with your registered phone/email and payment reference (UTR).

4. Service-Quality Concerns

If you are unhappy with the service, contact us first — we will work to resolve the issue, including reassigning your manager where appropriate. Refunds outside the cases listed above are at Velrosa's reasonable discretion, assessed in good faith.
