Partner Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all individuals who apply to or work with Velrosa Lifestyle Management ("Velrosa") as Lifestyle Manager partners ("Partner"). Submitting a partner application constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Nature of Engagement

Partners are engaged to deliver remote lifestyle-management services to Velrosa clients under Velrosa's brand, processes and supervision. Compensation, working hours and performance expectations are as communicated at the time of onboarding and may be revised with notice.

2. Verification

By applying, you consent to verification of the identity, education and experience details and documents you provide. Providing false information or documents results in immediate rejection or termination.

3. Confidentiality (Strict)

• You must maintain strict confidentiality of all client information — names, contacts, addresses, family details, schedules, vendors, financial details and any information learned while serving a client — at all times, during and after your engagement.
• Client information may be used only to perform assigned tasks, and never shared with any third party or on any social media.
• Velrosa's internal processes, scripts, pricing, reports and systems are confidential business information.

4. Client Protection / Non-Circumvention

During your engagement and for 12 months after it ends, you shall not directly or indirectly solicit, serve or accept payment from any Velrosa client (or their household/business) outside the Velrosa platform. Any client relationship introduced through Velrosa belongs to Velrosa.

5. Conduct

• Professional, courteous communication with clients and vendors at all times.
• Daily task logs and reports must be submitted accurately and honestly.
• No misrepresentation of task status; no acceptance of personal payments, gifts or commissions from clients or vendors without Velrosa's written approval.

6. Termination

Either party may end the engagement with notice as agreed at onboarding. Velrosa may terminate immediately for breach of confidentiality, non-circumvention, dishonesty or misconduct. Obligations under Sections 3 and 4 survive termination.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
